Soap packaging is not a dry carton. Sink spray, shower steam and oily butters decide film versus paper before artwork locks.
For wet sink or shower exposure we route BOPP or PET film with permanent adhesive and protective laminate; dry boxed bars can use paper or kraft when the pack stays shelf-dry.
