Keep the Label Clear of the Valve
Coffee bags vent gas through a one-way valve that sits above the film. A label covering it will tent and lift, so we reserve clear space around the valve before artwork locks.
Valve Keep-Out
Leave clear space beside or above the valve so the film stays flat in the warehouse.
Zipper Ridge Limit
Size the label to the flat panel only; do not bridge the zipper track.
Gusset Edge
Bottom gussets shrink the printable face—confirm bag photos before the die.
Oil Failure Versus Surviving Stock
Dark roasts push oil through kraft walls. The adhesive fails from behind weeks after packing unless facestock is routed for oil.
Paper on Oily Kraft
General-purpose adhesive lets go when oil reaches the face. Edges lift in the warehouse and on the shelf.

Film constructions with overlaminate block migration in our 72-hour oil protocol; send your bag for adhesive confirmation.

Cold Brew Sweat Needs Film Routes
Bottles leave the cooler wet. Paper hazes and lifts, so cold-brew labels go on condensation-rated film.
