What We Make

Vinyl Labels for Demanding Surfaces

We print vinyl labels for surfaces paper and standard films cannot hold up on. If your project sits outdoors, meets chemicals, or rides on a vehicle, it belongs here.

Chemical Drums & IBCs

BS5609-grade vinyl that stays bonded and readable after months of seawater, salt fog and sun.

Fleet & Vehicle Graphics

Cast vinyl door decals, fleet numbers and reflective contour tape rated for 5–7 years on the road.

Equipment Nameplates

Serial plates and UL marking labels that survive the service life of the machine they are stuck to.

Outdoor Cabinets & Assets

UV-laminated vinyl for utility cabinets, valves and pipework that stay readable through all seasons.

Warehouse Floor Decals

Anti-slip textured vinyl with aggressive adhesive that takes forklift traffic and factory washing.

Refrigerated & Frozen

Freezer-grade adhesive vinyl that holds through condensation, cold contact and deep-freeze storage.

Match The Build

Match the Build to Your Environment

A vinyl label is a build of facestock, adhesive and laminate. Tell us what it faces, and we specify the combination that holds up.

UV Sunlight

Calendered or cast vinyl · Permanent acrylic · UV overlaminate

Chemical Contact

BS5609-grade vinyl · Chemical-resistant acrylic · Resistant film

Freezing & Condensation

Flexible white vinyl · Freezer-grade acrylic · Moisture-barrier film

Curved & Low-Energy

Cast vinyl · High-tack LSE adhesive · Conformable laminate

Abrasion & Traffic

Heavy-gauge vinyl · Aggressive permanent · Anti-slip overlay

Outdoor Lifespan

How Long Your Label Stays Readable

Outdoor vinyl is rated in years, not in "waterproof" or "durable". These three grades are the build tiers most fleet, drum and equipment buyers choose between.

Entry
1–3 years

Short-term outdoor, promotional

Calendered vinyl · Removable acrylic
Standard · Most chosen
3–5 years

General outdoor, equipment, drums

Calendered vinyl 4 mil · Permanent acrylic · UV laminate
Premium
5–7 years

Long-life fleet, extreme climate

Cast vinyl · High-tack permanent · Cast overlaminate

Failure Prevention

Where Vinyl Labels Fail Outdoors

These are the five ways outdoor vinyl labels actually fail in the field — and the build choices and checks we use to stop each one before your order runs.

UV Fading

GHS hazard text and drum ID vanish, so the shipment becomes non-compliant and the cargo can be rejected.

Adhesive Failure

Labels lift off PE drums or powder-coated cabinets, so equipment can no longer be traced and assets lose their ID.

Chemical Corrosion

Solvent or cleaning-agent contact eats the print, so hazard pictograms and handling text disappear mid-service.

Formats & Data

Which Format Fits Your Vinyl

We deliver vinyl labels in the format your application line actually uses, cut to your shape, with the variable data your traceability needs.

Roll Labels

For automatic applicators and high-volume drum lines. Core size and unwind direction to your spec.

Sheet Labels

For manual application, multipack layouts and short-run equipment plates.

Die-Cut Shapes

Rotary and flatbed die-cut to any contour — circles, ovals, badge shapes, GHS pictogram layouts.

Kiss-Cut Decals

Single decals on a release liner for fleet doors, windows and equipment — peel and apply.

Variable Data

Sequential serial numbers, barcodes, QR and 2D codes printed at full outdoor contrast.

Large-Format Graphics

Wide-format cast vinyl for partial and full fleet wraps, reflective contour tape, big panels.

Certification

Certifications That Get You Approved

Certification determines whether your cargo clears customs and your device reaches the market.

ISO 9001

Quality management system

Documented QC process with artwork check and batch colour-delta control for consistent repeat orders.

RoHS

Material compliance for electronics

RoHS-compliant materials for electronics-bound products.

GHS / OSHA

Hazard communication that stays legible

Full GHS pictogram and signal-word layout at outdoor durability.

REACH

EU chemical safety compliance

Facestocks and adhesives meet REACH SVHC thresholds for EU market.

Real Work

Real Labels on Real Surfaces

These are vinyl labels produced for actual drum, fleet and equipment projects — not flat renderings. Each caption notes what the label is stuck to and what it was built to survive.

Chemical Drum, Sea-Freighted

Stuck to: 200L steel drum. Built with: BS5609-grade white vinyl, chemical-resistant acrylic, clear overlaminate. Survives: 3-month marine immersion and salt-fog per BS5609.

Fleet Door Decals

Stuck to: Painted truck door. Built with: Cast vinyl, high-tack permanent acrylic, cast overlaminate. Survives: 5–7 year fleet contract, pressure washing and fuel splash.

Equipment Nameplate

Stuck to: Powder-coated machine housing. Built with: Metallized vinyl, high-tack adhesive, UV overlaminate, serialized. Survives: Full service life of the equipment, UL 969 system.

Outdoor Utility Cabinet

Stuck to: Powder-coated steel cabinet. Built with: White calendered vinyl, permanent acrylic, UV overlaminate. Survives: Year-round UV, rain and temperature cycling.

Consistent Runs

Built for Consistent Repeat Runs

A vinyl label that works on your first sample but drifts on reorder is not a solution. These are the production controls that keep the second batch identical to the first.

1. Print

UV inkjet, screen and digital presses matched to the durability tier of your build.

2. Laminate

In-line UV and chemical-resistant overlamination applied before die-cutting.

3. Die-Cut

Rotary and flatbed cutting to your contour, with kiss-cut decals on liner where needed.

4. QC & Batch Control

First-article approval, batch colour-delta checks, and repeat-order specs archived for consistency.

Project Confirmation

From Proof to Bulk Production

Every vinyl order passes through these confirmation gates, so nothing reaches bulk until you have seen and approved exactly what will run.

1

Artwork Check

We review your file for vinyl print, cut line and readability.

2

Digital Proof

You receive a digital proof with materials and dimensions specified.

3

Sample & Approval

On request, a real sample for surface testing. Bulk does not start until you sign off.

4

Bulk Run

Production, lamination, die-cut and pack, scheduled to your target date.

Before You Order

Questions Before You Order

Calendered vinyl lasts 1–3 years, permanent with UV laminate 3–5 years, and cast vinyl with overlaminate 5–7 years. We match the tier to your contract lifespan.
Vinyl is flexible and conforms to curves for drums and vehicles. Polyester is stiffer but resists extreme chemicals and heat. Most outdoor work uses vinyl.
Yes. We build on BS5609-certified facestock (Section 2) and print through a certified system (Section 3), confirmed per project.
PE and PP drums are low-energy surfaces standard adhesive cannot bond to. We switch to high-tack LSE adhesive and test on your actual container before bulk.
Yes. We print high-contrast variable data and laminate over the code for UV and abrasion protection. Scan tests available on the proof.
Standard MOQ is 500 pieces with free material samples. Final MOQ depends on size and complexity — share your spec for confirmation.
Yes. We produce reflective contour tape for fleet use and anti-slip textured vinyl for warehouse floors that withstands forklift traffic.
Send a surface photo, environment details, certification needs, quantity and target date. We reply within 12 business hours with a recommended build.
