Tincture Droppers Wrap Tight Curves Flat
Small-diameter curves are where tincture labels fail. Here is how the wrap is engineered before any ink runs.
What gets locked before proofing
- Bottle diameter x height sets the wrap length and overlap position.
- Curve zones map where the film must flex without flagging.
- Dropper cap clearance keeps the top edge below the collar.
- Carrier oil type routes the film and adhesive pairing.
Dropper bottles from 5ml to 30ml run thin BOPP with oil-resistant adhesive, holding a full 360-degree wrap on tight tincture curves.
Send your bottle diameter and height, or the tincture size in ml, and the wrap is sized before proofing.
Film and adhesive lock at quoting from your oil type and bottle geometry; this is quoting guidance, not a field lifetime guarantee.
Panels Stay Readable on Amber Glass
Clear films vanish on amber and dark glass. Opaque facestock is how facts panels stay legible on the containers CBD brands actually use.
| Bottle Type | Film Route | Panel Result | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amber glass dropper | Opaque film facestock | High-contrast facts panel, glass color stays visible at edges | 30ml tinctures, oil blends |
| Cobalt / black glass | Opaque film facestock | Panel pops off dark glass, brand color stays true | Premium CBD lines |
| Clear PET bottle | Thin BOPP or clear option | Wrap flexes with squeezes, panel rides the curve | Carrier-oil tinctures |
| Frosted or colored HDPE | White BOPP | Clean panel base on tinted plastic | Capsule bottles, jars |
Amber and dark-glass bottles get opaque film facestock, so facts panels stay legible without fighting the glass color. Amber, cobalt, and black bottles get the same opaque film treatment across bottle families. Opaque film is the standard dark-bottle route; specialty effects quote separately.
State Panel Elements Sit Where Regulators Look
Net weight, facts panels, warnings, and batch data each get a print zone. You own the compliance copy; we own placement, clarity, and traceability.
- 1Net weight zone — placement held to your file layout, bottom third of the principal panel.
- 2Facts panel zone — supplement-style panels checked at minimum type size before press.
- 3Warning text zone — state warning copy printed to your submitted wording, no editorial changes.
- 4Batch data zone — lot and expiry inline on every version, scannable QR optional.
We print what your compliance file requires. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice.
Carrier Oils Demand the Right Film Route
MCT, hemp seed, and flavored carrier oils each attack labels differently. Route the build from what is inside your bottle.
Thin BOPP + oil-resistant adhesive
Holds full wraps on droppers and survives oil migration at the overlap seam.
Opaque film + laminate
Oil soak resistance with a wipe-clean surface for daily handling and shipping.
Cold-chain adhesive build
Adhesive matched to cold fill and fridge condensation keeps edges bonded.

One Program Covers Every State Version
Split your line by state, flavor, or strength. Each version prints only what that market needs, with its own proof and batch record.
Labels per version
Digital starts each state or SKU version at 500. No forced mega-batch.
Version code isolation
Every version carries its own code, proof, and batch record through the run.
Flexo switch point
Volume versions move to flexo on the same factory line for lower unit cost.
Digital — launches & multi-version
New SKUs, state tests, first runs. Lot, expiry, and QR print inline on every version.
Flexo — volume programs
Proven versions scale up under the same batch documentation as digital.
From Your File to a Sign-Off Proof
One blurred row can pull a listing. Your artwork walks this line before any press runs.
File intake
Bleed, panel layout, and micro-type reviewed against your container zones.
Digital proof
Proof sent for your review with panel zones marked, revisions included.
Printed proof
Print proof from $60 on your actual film and adhesive build.
Sign-off
Your approval releases the run — no reprint surprises after this point.
Four Checkpoints Lock Every Batch Down
Four checkpoints tie every cannabis label run to its version code, color standard, and shipment batch.
Node 01
Version code lock
Each version's proof and artwork revision freeze under its own code.
Node 02
Color match
ΔE color report run against your approved proof, not a loose eyeball.
Node 03
Die placement
±0.3 mm tolerance keeps panels centered on small faces, roll after roll.
Node 04
Batch documentation
Optical scan record and color report travel with the shipped batch.
Runs ship on ±0.3 mm die-cut tolerance with a ΔE color report and optical scan record attached to the batch. Color and die position checks lock roll by roll. Reports travel with the shipment batch as standard, not on request.
Export Papers First-Round Checks Ask For
The four documents buyer-side supplier checks and customs ask about first. All current, all on file.
- ISO 9001 — quality management across the label production line.
- FSC — certified paper facestock options for natural brand lines.
- US & EU Export Quality — documentation ready for both destination programs.
- RoHS / REACH — material compliance files on hand for film and adhesive builds.
