Custom Water Bottle Labels That Stay Sharp From Ice Bucket to Launch Day
Waterproof roll and sheet labels for PET, glass, and aluminum bottles — sized to your bottle circumference, proofed on real film before we print, and delivered against your event or launch date.

Labels for Events, Hotels & Gyms
The same bottle lives very different lives. We spec film, adhesive, and finish around the conditions your labels actually face.

Retail Shelves
Shelf presence and barcode scanning decide repeat listings.

Gyms & Fitness
Cooler doors open all day; bottles sweat and get gripped.

Outdoor & Golf
Sun, splash, and rough handling between holes.

Trade Shows & Events
Bottles go straight into ice trays and stay cold for hours.

Hotels & Hospitality
In-room bottles demand a clean, quiet, premium look.
Match Film to Your Bottle
Bottle material and storage condition decide the stack — not a default catalog page. Start from the row and column that describe your project.

PET Flexes With the Label
Thin 50–60 micron BOPP follows the curve and resists the material's memory, so edges stay down.

Glass Sweats, Adhesive Holds
Cold glass films over with condensation. The adhesive, not just the film, does the wet-surface work.

Aluminum Into Ice
High-tack adhesive plus full moisture resistance keeps metal bottles branded through the cooler.
| Bottle Surface | Room Temp & Short Events | Refrigerated / Chiller | Ice Bath & Coolers |
|---|---|---|---|
| PET Plastic | White BOPP + standard permanent adhesive; gloss laminate for events. | White BOPP + moisture-rated adhesive; condensation-safe bonding. | White BOPP + moisture-rated adhesive; full-wrap seam tucked to the side. |
| Glass | Clear BOPP no-label look, or matte film for hotel quiet-luxury builds. | Clear or matte BOPP + adhesive rated for cold, damp glass surfaces. | White or matte BOPP + cold-rated adhesive; ice-bucket proof before bulk. |
| Aluminum | White BOPP + high-tack adhesive for metal surfaces. | White BOPP + high-tack; matte varnish for grip and scuff life. | White BOPP + high-tack, full moisture resistance — bottles go straight into ice. |

Sheets or Machine-Ready Rolls
Water bottle buyers live in two worlds — event crews applying by hand, and filling lines running at speed. We supply both, and we don't force one format on the other.

Hand-Applied Sheets
- Cut singles or sheets — bend, peel, apply by hand
- Easy to distribute across venues and teams
- Low-friction entry: digital runs start at 500 labels
- Same waterproof films as our roll work
Hand applying? See the sheet labels guide.

Machine-Ready Rolls
- Unwind direction matched to your applicator
- Cores: 76 mm (3"), 2", or 1" — plus large-core options
- Max roll diameter set to your machine spec
- We check 127+ machine profiles before production
Send your applicator model — see unwind directions.
Four Label Builds
Each build shows the full combination — bottle, label position, film, and finish — so you can point at the one closest to your project.

Event Giveaway Build
Bold logo that reads at a glance — and stays sealed in ice.

Retail No-Label Build
Clear film, printed-on-bottle look. Water stays the hero.

Hotel Glass Build
Quiet matte finish for in-room trays — soft under hotel light.

Gym Aluminum Build
High-tack on metal, matte scuff resistance for coolers and grips.
Size by Bottle Circumference
Standard water bottles have known circumferences. Start from this table, then confirm with your own measurement — we verify every size before printing.
| Bottle | Typical Circumference | Common Label Size | Wrap & Seam |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8 oz mini PET | ~7.5 in / 190 mm | 7" × 1.75" | Full wrap, seam tucked to side |
| 12 oz PET | ~8.1 in / 206 mm | 7.5" × 2" | Full wrap, small overlap |
| 16.9 oz PET | ~8.5 in / 216 mm | 8" × 2" | Full wrap, 3–5 mm overlap |
| Aluminum 500 ml | ~7.9 in / 200 mm | 7.5" × 3" | Tall wrap, overlap seam |
| Glass 750 ml | ~9.8 in / 249 mm | Custom | Sized to your bottle drawing |
Typical values for standard industry bottles. Custom shapes are sized from your bottle photos or drawings.
Measure the label panel
Wrap a paper strip around the bottle at label height, mark it, and measure — that is your true circumference.
Set width against circumference
Full wrap: circumference plus 3–5 mm overlap. Partial wrap: leave a 3–6 mm gap so edges never touch.
Set height inside the panel
Stay between ribs, embossing, and neck rings — flat panel only, so the film lies down without lifting.
Hide the seam, add bleed
We place seams at the bottle's side-back and require 2 mm bleed, so your design survives die-cutting tolerance.
Labels That Survive Ice & Chillers
"Waterproof" is not a spec you can check. This is — a physical proof of your label, in real ice water, judged on three observable things.
We print your actual artwork on the actual film and adhesive, then put it in ice water with the bottle. You judge what your guests will see:
- Edge lift — seams and corners stay sealed after 4 hours in the ice bath, and again after an overnight soak.
- Whitening — film stays clear or stays white; it does not cloud or frost from water contact.
- Ink migration — colors hold their edge wet or dry; nothing smears onto hands, towels, or other bottles.
A printed proof on your real film starts at $60 and ships to you. Approve it in your own ice bucket — then we print the bulk run to that same signed standard.

Built for High-Volume Bottle Labels
One site in Shenzhen runs your job from proof to pallet — flexo for volume, HP digital for versioned and fast-turn work.

Flexo Volume Lines
Long runs of full-wrap bottle labels at stable unit costs, with in-line lamination and varnish.

HP Digital Presses
500-label entry runs, multi-version events, and rush jobs without plate costs.

Applicator Setup Checks
Machine-run orders get unwind, core, and diameter checks against applicator profiles before we ship.
Four Checkpoints Per Batch
Event water gets reordered season after season. These checkpoints make sure run #4 looks like run #1 — same film, same color, same roll setup.

Material Lock
Your film and adhesive combination is locked to the batch record — same BOPP grade, same moisture-rated adhesive, supplier certificates attached.
Locked for water: film grade + adhesive rating + supplier certsProof & Color Lock
Artwork, size, and color are approved on the physical proof and stored as the signed reference for this and every future reorder.
Locked for water: signed proof + ΔE color referenceMachine Setup Lock
Press, die, and roll spec are set and recorded — die-cut held to ±0.3 mm, unwind direction and core checked against applicator profiles.
Locked for water: die ±0.3 mm + unwind/core/OD per machineRelease Check
Finished rolls pass optical scanning and color reporting before release; machine orders get an ice-water spot check on sampled labels.
Locked for water: color report + optical scan + ice spot checkExport Certificates for Customs
Before the first order, import teams and procurement screens check the factory basics. These are already in place.
ISO 9001
Quality management across proofing, printing, and release — the first certificate most vendor screens look for.
FSC
Chain-of-custody certification for paper label stocks, when your brand story requires responsible sourcing.
US & EU Export Quality
Documentation and packing practice built for first-round customs clearance into US and EU markets.
Plan Back From Your Event Date
A missed event date makes the whole batch worthless. Count back from the day bottles go into the ice, and the plan writes itself.
