Cold Chains Decide Label Material
Match the route your product actually travels — then confirm it on a physical proof before the run.
| Your Storage & Handling Route | Face Stock | Adhesive Path | How We Confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2–8 °C refrigerated, condensation on pull-out | White BOPP | Moisture-tolerant permanent | Physical proof in actual film and ink |
| Freezer storage, −20 °C | White BOPP or PET film | Low-temperature permanent | Proof conditioned at your storage temp |
| Disinfectant wipe-downs in clinics | White BOPP + laminate | Standard permanent | Wipe test on proof, alcohol per your SOP |
| Low-energy tube and bottle surfaces | White PP / PE film | LSE adhesive | Adhesion check on your container sample |
| Ambient, dry-chain OTC retail | White BOPP or paper | General permanent | Proof plus ΔE color report |
Sterilization processes (steam, EtO, gamma) are assessed case by case — see our FDA-grade adhesive guide and LSE surface primer.
Wrap Small Vials Without Edge Lift
A 10 mL vial gives you under 30 mm of face width. Small containers fail differently than bottles — so we set them up differently.
- Full-wrap geometry first. Overlap and spine position sized so edges never lift off curved glass.
- ±0.3 mm die-cut tolerance. Prints stay centered on tiny faces, roll after roll.
- Adhesive matched to glass and cold fill. High-bond paths for refrigerated vials.
- Micro-type checked pre-press. Lot panels and small dosage text survive our press check.

Print Every Market Version Cleanly
One product, many registered markets — each version printed only in the quantity that market needs.
- 500 labels per version. Digital runs each market version from 500 — no forced mega-batch.
- Version codes isolate runs. Every version carries its own code, proof, and batch record.
- Reorders match version one. Color and die data lock per version, so reorder equals launch quality.
Clinical Runs to Full Rollouts
Your quantity decides the press. Both routes run in the same factory, under the same batch records.
Digital — Small & Multi-Version
Clinical batches, market tests, first launches.
- From 500 labels per design or version
- Lot, expiry, and barcodes printed inline
- Ships 4–5 working days after proof sign-off
- Physical proof in your materials before any run
Flexo — Volume Programs
Established SKUs and national rollouts.
- High-speed runs for 100k+ unit programs
- Locked color and die data from your first order
- Identical output reorder after reorder
- Same batch documentation as digital runs
Machine-Ready Rolls for Your Line
Before we print, your applicator gets a profile check — so rolls run the first time.

Cores
76 mm (3"), 2", or 1" — plus Zebra-style large cores on request.

Unwind Direction
All eight positions set to your applicator, verified pre-press.

Max Roll OD
Built to your dispenser's diameter limit, not ours.

Web Accuracy
±0.3 mm die-cut tolerance keeps registration stable at speed.
Every Batch Ships With Paper Trail
Four controls lock each run. What they produce is a dossier your QA can file — not a promise.
Artwork Sign-Off Lock
Our chief print engineer (15+ years) checks lot panels, barcodes, and micro-type before any file runs.
Color Report per Batch
ΔE-measured color against your signed proof, recorded on the batch sheet.
Optical Scan Record
Finished rolls are scanned; the readout travels with the shipment.
Material Lot Traceability
Face stock and adhesive lots are tied to your batch number — traceable to intake.

Certificates for Onboarding and Export
What procurement teams and customs ask for on first contact — already on file.
ISO 9001 Quality System
Certified quality management across both digital and flexo routes.
US & EU Export Experience Shipping
Export-ready documentation and DDP shipping support to both regions.
FSC-Certified Paper Options Sustainability
FSC-certified papers for pharma leaflet and paper label programs.
